Desert Breezes Ownership Information Desert Breezes offers 1 week intervals, deeded every year use in your choice of a mini/studio, 1 bedroom (Azteca or Imperial) or 2 bedroom suite (Sevilla). The intervals are floating units that float within a season (High Season-mid July to mid September or Prime Season – January 1st to mid July and mid September to December 31st).   The reservation window is no more than 13 months in advance of the travel date desired and is on a first come first serve basis all based upon availability.   Desert Breezes owners enjoy the privilege of Bonus Time – additional time at the resort in any size suite any time based upon availability - for only $70 for a mini, $85 for a 1 bedroom and $100 for a 2 bedroom per night with a two night minimum. You can reserve as far as 60 days in advance or call for tonight.
